Our rates are based on: 4 guests in a 2 bedroom villa or 6 guests in a 3 bedroom villa and a continuous stay in the same villa
Each 7 nights of stay includes $50 yum yum food and beverage voucher per villa at Moondoggy's Café Bar. (sorry, not available in specials periods)

Terms & Conditions

Deposit: We ask for a deposit equal to the first night's stay or 10% (whichever is the greater) when making your booking.

Balance: The balance is due on check in except when staying at Easter, Sept/Oct holidays, holidays from 20 Dec to 31 Jan, special event periods such as Noosa Triathlon or long weekends when the balance is due a month before arrival.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex and it's safe to provide these over the web utilising our secure page, or you can transfer to our account. Please remember to provide your name or call us for your unique reference number:

Cancellations: The deposit / payment is non-refundable should you cancel or amend your booking within 30 days of your stay, otherwise we refund less $25 administration fee.

Security: A $200 pre-authorisation on a credit card or $200 cash bond is required at check-in.

Housekeeping: We need guests' help to keep our tariffs affordable by observing that excess clean times over 2.0 hours for a 2 bedroom villa and 2.5 hours for a 3 bedroom villa will be charged at $50 / hour as will failure to remove your rubbish when vacating the villa be charged at a one off fee of $35.

Guest Capacity: For tariff and fire safety purposes, we appreciate guests' honesty declaring the number of guests staying. We permit 4 guests including children in a 2 bedroom villa and 6 including children in 3 bedroom villa. There may be occasions where we consent to 5 in a 2 bedroom villa and 7 in a 3 bedroom villa and accordingly charge a fee that includes bedding for the additional guest. Sorry, for hygiene reasons guests are not welcome to bring their own bedding.

Guests Over 18: All Guests must all be over 18 years unless they are travelling with a legal guardian or parent.

Villa Keys: When in house, it is a guest's responsibility to care for our keys. Should key(s) not be returned at checkout, a $500 pre-authorisation will be taken to cover the cost to re-key the villa.

Noise: Our By-Laws stipulate quiet enjoyment at all times, particularly between 10pm and 7am. After 10pm we ask guests to respect other guests and refrain from loud talking, music and partying. If you are contemplating booking this resort to hold a party or celebrate an occasion where you suspect there may be unsuitable behaviour and noise you are not welcome.

Guests are important to us and we try to meet our guests' requests. While requests for villa location and style or specific villa numbers are welcome, regretfully the resort is not able to guarantee requests.
